Judith Guido is Chairwoman and founder of Guido & Associates, a Business Management company working in the areas of Strategy, Execution, Workforce Development, Product Launches, Start-Ups, Marketing, Sales Training, Public Relations, Branding, Research, and Mergers/Acquisitions while focusing on helping organizations grow their people and profits. Judy was recognized as one of the highest-ranking women in the Green Industry. Prior to founding her own business management practice, Guido was the Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of Valley Crest, now BrightView, the nation's largest landscape management company. Guido was CMO and SVP of business development and strategy for Cirqit, an e-commerce technology and consulting company. She also served as Senior Marketing, Sales and Strategy Executive with ServiceMaster under the TruGreen-LandCare brand. Judy has been an executive-advisor and/or board member for several green industry companies and was instrumental in founding and building Yellowstone [now the 10th largest landscape company in the country]. She was their CMO, board member and advisor.

Guido was one of four executives who took LandCare USA public (IPO) on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in June of 1998. She was the Chief Marketing Officer and SVP of sales and strategy at LandCare USA, the national commercial landscape and interior services company purchased by ServiceMaster in 1998 and subsequently integrated into their TruGreen-LandCare landscape group. She has done several successful start-ups including LandCare USA, Yellowstone, Civitas, Intelligro and Cirqit brands.

Guido is a member of an elite group of nationally recognized business thought-leaders and is a member of Verne Harnish's Scaling Up Global Advisory Council. An executive coach and consulting professional, specializing in service industries and equipment-intensive including the Green, Construction and Snow Industry, Guido also has experience in product development launches, franchising, investor relations, research, training, mergers and acquisitions, and integration strategy having been involved in over 95+ M&A's in her career. She is a long-term member, advisor and keynote speaker for the NALP, as well as several other international, state and regional industry associations. Guido was also responsible for several larger industry re-branding initiatives including ValleyCrest (now BrightView), Aquascape, PLANET (now NALP) and SIMA (Snow and Ice Management). She has trained thousands of landscape professionals over her career and is a sought-after keynote speaker, consultant, facilitator, trainer and researcher for the industry. She is a contributing author to the globally successful book Branding Across Borders. She is working on a book entitled, Titans of Our Industry-Lessons Learned from the Greatest in the Green Industry. Guido has collected substantial primary and secondary research in the green industry and is a leader and Subject Matter Expert on Sustainability. She is a nationally recognized public speaker, and a contributing writer and columnist to business journals (including Planet News, IECA, Irrigation & Green, Landscape Management, Lawn & Landscape, Turf, Snow Pro, Bayer Lawn Professional and Vermeer) and association publications (NALP, SIMA, IECA, and others) throughout her career. She has educated thousands of green industry professionals over her career through her symposiums, webinars, seminars, mentoring, talks and writing. She has worked with Contractors, Professional Associations, Manufacturers, General Contractors, Growers, Nurseries, Distributors/Dealers, Municipalities, Golf Course Superintendents & Owners, Irrigation & Lighting specialists, Arborists, Landscape Architects, Investors, Builders-Developers and Interior Designers and Financial institutions to help them profitably grow their organizations.

Guido has helped raise over $300 million in funding for both private and public placement. She has been a board advisor for several green companies and green associations. She works with several PE and funding groups to help start-ups, as well as growth companies.

Guido received a master's degree in business from the University of Connecticut, held a Series Seven financial securities license, and has studied post-graduate work at Claremont's Peter F.
