by Kathy Ruffino, MSHR, SPHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-SCP
CEUs applied for: APLD, NALP, PGMS

By law, companies with 50+ employees have to provide two hours of sexual prevention training to all supervisors.
This course is designed to increase the attendee’s understanding of sexual harassment, its prevention and creating a respectful, harassment-free workplace. During the workshop, we will define sexual harassment, review state and federal laws governing harassment in the workplace and discuss best practices for addressing workplace harassment.

TLE seminars are "more advanced than typical conference seminars."
