Positioning Your Firm for Growth

CEU Accreditation: LA CES, 1.5

Presented by: Lynn Capouya & Karen Compton
Friday, February 8th - 1:30 - 3:00 PM

Course Description:

Growing a practice is tough enough! But, how do you grow a practice, manage growth and transition for change? The answer is simple--through planning. In this session, attendees will examine the case of one California-based landscape architecture practice and how their business planning process led them to design the firm of their future. This session will further examine how the process of business planning, not only facilitated the establishment of clear and cohesive firm vision, but allowed the firm principal to face the future with confidence and not fear.
