Colored Rubber Mulch and Nuggets

Midwest Elastomers, located in Wapakoneta, Ohio, is now offering colored rubber mulch and nuggets in a wide variety of colors and blends.

The ambient ground rubber process employs liquid nitrogen to freeze (-320 F) and embrittle rubber. The cold rubber is fractured into uniformly and finely ground mesh powder.

It does not lose or change any of its chemical or physical properties.

Imparts no impurities to the rubber being ground. There's no possibility for surface oxidation, due to the nitrogen grinding medium.

The company offers cyrogenic and ambient grinding services to produce fine mesh powders and granules from rubber and plastic materials. Toll processing of your material or general processing is done, based on customer needs. The 30-year old company produces 40 million plus pounds per year.
