Most notable professional accomplishments:
- I have long felt that design should be for the users benefit. I am pleased to have been recognized for having designed back in the 1970s the first infant and toddler play equipment in NYC public playgrounds, designed spaces for different age children, and emphasized the relation of children and their parents, and to have shared the knowledge about it.
Thoughts on being elected to Council of Fellows:Becoming a Fellow means to me that the ASLA also feels that it is important to design for the enjoyment of all those who will use the space.
