Carolyn Perna


TBG Partners, a landscape architecture and planning form, announced the promotion of Carolyn Perna to associate in the Dallas, Texas office. Perna graduated from Heriot Watt University in Scotland with an MLA degree and has been with TBG for two years.

MSI, a planning, urban design and landscape architecture firm has been nominated for an American Resort Development Association (ARDA) ARDY award for its work on the Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa in Lake Buena Vista, Fla.






Andrew Roraback


The Connecticut Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (CTASLA) will present the 2007 Connecticut Olmsted Award to State Senator Andrew Roraback. The award is given annually to an organization or person who has demonstrated outstanding commitment to stewardship of land.

Jason Nobbe


TBG Partners, a landscape architecture and planning firm, announced the promotion of Jason Nobbe, ASLA, to associate in the Austin, Texas office. Nobbe graduated in 2003 from Purdue University with a BLA and has been with TBG since 2004.

Shane Murphy


CLC Associates, Inc., a national planning, entitlements, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying firm, is pleased to announce that Shane O’Regan Murphy has joined the firm’s Denver office as project manager.

The International Review of Landscape Architecture and Urban Design (TOPOS) has received ASLA’s 2007 Communications Award of Excellence. The award will be presented at ASLA's 2007 annual meeting and conference in San Francisco, Calif. on 8 October 2007.






Adrian O'Sullivan


The Landscape Design Council of Massachusetts announced the membership elected Adrian O'Sullivan chairman at its 2007 annual meeting, held recently in Wrentham, Mass. The Massachusetts Landscape Design Council is the largest state council in the country.

Landscape architect Thomas R. Tavella, LLA, LEED AP, of Boston headquartered firm BSC Group, has been elected vice president of communications, for the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA). Tavella has over 20 years of experience and has worked on numerous planning and design projects in New England.

MSI has promoted Bradley O. Kissling, RLA, to the position of associate. In this role, Kissling will oversee the project management from the design phase to field construction. He received his BLA from Ohio State University and his playground safety inspector certification from The National Playground Safety Institute.






Clark Johnston


CLC Associates, Inc., a national planning, entitlements, architecture, engineering, landscape architecture and land surveying firm, announced Clark Johnston has joined the firm's Denver office as project manager.
