The ENC is a non-profit that provides hands on experiences with nature to more than 16,000 students annually. For the Architects, Interior Designers, Planners and Landscape Architects from LPA Inc., the design for the ENC came naturally.

"Given the ENC's mission to introduce and educate the community on the importance of our natural world, we knew that the building had to be a model of sustainability for the region," explains Dan Heinfeld, president of LPA Inc. "Having Rick Fedrizzi present the LEED Platinum plaque to the ENC is very appropriate and validates the great work of the entire design team."
