Atlas Copco announced that Holland Pump of West Palm Beach, Fla., now carries its line of WEDA electric submersible pumps in its Southeastern U.S. stores. Holland Pump also carries Atlas Copco generators and light towers. The products will be available at the company's six Florida stores, along with one store each in Alabama, Georgia and South Carolina.

Husqvarna is selling BlueBird International to TEC International, which will continue manufacturing specialty turf equipment under the Husqvarna brand. The sale is part of Husqvarna's strategic plan to reduce operational complexity, improve efficiency and give additional focus to end customers and core brands, according to Jeff Dewosky, vice president-general manager.

Hummel & Co. Laboratory and Turf Diagnostics & Design, two of the leading physical testing labs serving the landscape, golf and sports turf industries, joined together to form Turf & Soil Diagnostics. The company expects this union to improve customer confidence and widen its customer base.

Environmental Science, a division of Bayer CropScience LP, announced that it has enhanced its industrial vegetation management leadership team as the company grows through its acquisition of DuPont Land Management Assets.

Takeuchi announced Diamond Tool as its newest dealer in Pennsylvania. Located in Philadelphia, they will be contracted to support the Takeuchi skid steer lineup. Founded in 1974, Diamond Tool is a professional contractor products and services center. They specialize in providing equipment and supplies for maintenance, material handling, and other uses.

A former Brickman investor acquired Yellowstone Landscape Group, the 15th-largest landscape company in the country. CIVC Partners, L.P., a Chicago-based, middle market, private equity firm focused on investments in the business services and financial services industries, acquired Yellowstone in partnership with management. Yellowstone, through its subsidiaries Austin Outdoor and BIO, provides commercial landscape maintenance and installation services to over 1,500 homeowners' associations, corporate office campuses, resorts and municipalities throughout the Southeast and Texas.

John Deere dealer RDO Equipment in Hawley, Minn., moved into a new a facility twice its former size. According to management, the 45,000-square-foot facility has improved the visibility and sales of the implement dealer, which has had a presence in Hawley for over 50 years.

Danver Stainless Outdoor Kitchens, the nation's premier stainless outdoor kitchen manufacturer, and Walpole Outdoors, announced they are leveraging unique capabilities to create outdoor kitchen coverings designed to promote backyard living year-round. Walpole Outdoors' new pavilions and shade pergolas will provide full coverage for Danver's stainless steel outdoor kitchens.
