Equipment Appraisal Services announced that its subsidiary has partnered with Proxibid to provide an online machinery and equipment marketplace that provides buyers and sellers with a comprehensive risk management system boasting bank-level security, fraud prevention and a dispute resolution team. This PCI-compliant platform is designed to ensure users are safe when transacting online.

Schiller Grounds Care, an outdoor power equipment manufacturer has awarded its distributor, Steven Willand Inc., with the Northeast region for their BOB-CAT, Classen, Little Wonder, Mantis and Ryan brands. Steven Willand Inc., located in Augusta, N.J., has been a distribution partner of Schiller brands in the Mid-Atlantic region for over 40 years, a territory that includes West Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

STIHL Inc. will relocate the operations of Mississippi Valley STIHL of Peoria, Ill., and Midwest STIHL Inc. of Hayward, Wis., to establish a new single distribution site in Cottage Grove, Wisc. The new operation, known as Midwest STIHL, a division of STIHL Inc., will serve customers throughout the mid-Northern region of the U.S.

Incline Equity Partners, a Pittsburgh based lower middle-market private equity firm, has invested in BCI Burke Company. Founded in 1920 with headquarters in Fond du Lac, Wisc., BCI Burke is a leading designer, manufacturer and marketer of commercial playground and leisure equipment. The company's expansive product set is sold into multiple end markets including parks/recreation, school, housing/developer and day care markets.

Precise Path Robotics Inc., a maker of robotic lawn mowers, has been sold to MTD Products Inc. One of the country's largest manufacturers of outdoor power equipment, MTD Products is the Cleveland-based parent company of Cub Cadet, Troy-Bilt, Remington and Yard Machines. Precise Path, co-founded by entrepreneur Scott Jones, has 15 full-time employees. It's expected to remain in Indianapolis as an MTD engineering center that handles research and development and low-volume manufacturing.

Bernhard Grinders announced a new partnership with Finch Services. Bernhard Grinders manufactures blade sharpening systems for turf mowing machines. With six locations across Maryland and Pennsylvania, Finch Services supplies turf maintenance equipment to golf courses and sports facilities in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, D.C. and West Virginia. Family-owned and operated since 1945, it was named John Deere Distributor of the Year in 2013.

Liebherr Construction Equipment announced a new stocking distribution agreement with Heavy Machines Inc. for the state of Maine; the Memphis, Tenn., area; and an expanded territory that includes Louisiana and the Shreveport trading area. Heavy Machines is a distributor of equipment; supplying heavy-duty and special purpose equipment for the mining, log handling, scrap handling/recycling and material handling applications.

Oly-Ola Edgings, a leading producer of recycled commercial paver restraint and landscape edging products, has formed Oly-Ola Global. This global division is dedicated to serving landscape architect and contractor customers around the world. The division will recommend edgings for specific applications, refer landscape architects/contractors to an international distribution network, provide air and ocean rates from reliable freight forwarders, oversee foreign shipments and prepare international documents.
